Mtskheta - home of Georgian christianity
Wow. This small mountain valley, located about 7 kilometers from school, was where Georgian Christianity started, about one thousand seven hundred years ago. The church is also that old--although it's changed a lot since then. We were there on a school outing, pre-student, just so that the new teachers would have appropriate awe for the country...
